    It is, on occasions necessary in the day to day workings of our business, to have certain details supplied to us by either our Data Providers, Main Letting Agent clients, our Landlord clients or/and Tenants. The data we hold helps us to ensure that all the relevant information we need, to enable the setting-up of a forthcoming Start-of-Tenancy or End-of-Tenancy, is available. This is needed to ensure a smooth transition within the setting-up and end-of tenancy process.

    How we receive your Data:
    We will do this in a number of ways. It may be via an email notification from our client/tenant providers; It may be via our Data Providers notifying us of, for example, a forthcoming Tenancy or a Tenancy that is due to end.

    When would we share your Data:
    It may be via an email notification from our client, Data Provider or tenant. However the information is received, it remains confidential, and will not be shared with any other parties 'outside' of those directly involved in the tenancy process. We treat your data as 'strictly confidential' and take the necessary steps to ensure it remains so.

    Know your Rights:
    You have many rights regarding your personal data. This includes having access to the data we hold and, should you wish, can request that any data that is held in your name, can be deleted when that data is no longer required.

  • Every step is taken to ensure that this website and its associated quotation systems are available at all times however we will not be held liable if, for any reason, the website becomes unavailable for any period of time. Occasionally we may have to take the website and its quote systems offline for updates and maintenance.
